How to use this calendar
The grid covers 13 weeks: one quarter. Print it, or duplicate it into your planning doc.
The rhythm we recommend
- One anchor piece per month
- One email per week
- Two short social or community posts per anchor piece
Filling it in
- Mark the fixed dates first: launches, events, holidays
- Place your anchor pieces at least three weeks before the dates they support
- Fill remaining weeks with repurposed material from your anchors
Leave one week per quarter empty on purpose. Something always moves.
