Welcome to Amplify. This guide is the map. It covers what the seven systems do, where each one lives when you open Amplify, how onboarding runs, what your daily job looks like once everything is live, and where to go when you have a question.

Read it once now. Come back to it whenever you're looking for something and can't remember which door it's behind.

What Amplify is

Amplify is seven named systems installed in your business within 30 days so no lead goes unanswered, unbooked, or forgotten. We set them up, we configure them to your business, we train you on them, and we support them for as long as you're a client.

The systems exist to plug four leaks most local service businesses have and don't measure.

The missed call. The 2 PM call from under a sink, the 9 PM text after dinner. Rapid Responder™, Answer Agent™, and Universal Inbox™ cover it.

The lost lead. The handshake that died in a pocket, the estimate nobody chased. Card Share™ and Lead Tracker™ cover it.

The forgotten customer. Great job last spring, forgotten by this spring. Campaign Engine™ covers it.

The invisible reputation. Ten finished jobs, zero new reviews. Review Booster™ covers it.

Once everything's live, roughly 90% of it runs on its own. Your daily job is check the inbox and work the pipeline. That's it.

The seven systems

Card Share™. Get Discovered. Your digital business card. Share it by link, QR code, or tap, and the person lands in your system instead of a pocket. It replaces Linktree and paper cards.

Rapid Responder™. Respond Instantly. Automated text and email replies in 30 seconds or less. Every lead gets a response, even when you're on a job. It replaces voicemail and "I'll call them back."

Answer Agent™. Book Anytime. An AI agent that answers questions and books appointments day or night, across webchat, text, Facebook and Instagram messages, email, and phone calls. It uses your services, your hours, and your words, and you can read every conversation it has. Answer Agent™ has no separate fee. AI conversations draw from the $20/month usage credit.

Lead Tracker™. Stay Organized. One place to see every lead, their status, and what needs to happen next. It replaces spreadsheets and sticky notes.

Universal Inbox™. Miss Nothing. Every text, email, Instagram DM, Facebook message, webchat, and phone call in one inbox. It replaces checking five apps.

Campaign Engine™. Be Remembered. Templates and prompt ideas for monthly email campaigns to people who already trust you. It replaces Mailchimp and Gmail blasts.

Review Booster™. Build Trust. Sends a review request after every job so your reputation grows on its own. It asks everyone and rewards no one, because filtering who gets asked or paying for reviews is illegal under FTC rules, and we won't set it up any other way.

Where everything lives

When you open Amplify, the left menu is organized by function, not by system name. Here's how the two line up.

Dashboard. The first thing you see. It fills in as leads, appointments, and campaigns start flowing. You can add or remove widgets with the edit button. Most clients ignore it for the first month and find it useful once there's data in it.

Conversations. This is Universal Inbox™. Every reply to a text or email you sent, every message to your Amplify phone number or email address, every Facebook and Instagram DM, every webchat, and every call to your Amplify number lands here. Calls can be recorded and played back from the same screen. Click the person's name to jump to their contact record.

Calendars. Where appointments get booked. Answer Agent™ books into these, and so does the scheduling link you can share or embed on any website. The two settings that matter most are your availability and your notifications, so check both. Personal calendars handle one-on-one bookings. Round robin spreads bookings across a team.

Contacts. Every person in your business, one record each. The left side holds their details, the middle holds every conversation you've had with them, and the right side shows their appointments, opportunities, and activity. Tags sit at the top of the record. They're how you segment your list, so use them. The help center has a full article on tagging.

Opportunities. This is Lead Tracker™. Contacts are people. Opportunities are jobs in progress. Each card is a lead moving through stages that match your sales process, and you can drag a card from one stage to the next. Moving a card can trigger things behind the scenes, and things behind the scenes can move cards, like a booking automatically moving a lead to Appointment Booked. We set up the starting stages during onboarding. Ask support if you want them changed.

AI Agents. Where Answer Agent™ is built and trained. It runs on a knowledge base, which is the document of facts about your business it draws from. We build that during onboarding. If it ever gives a wrong answer, that's the fix, and support handles it.

Marketing. Four things live here. Email is Campaign Engine™: one-time campaigns to your list, plus the templates that campaigns and automations both use. Your master template is set up on brand during onboarding. Duplicate it, don't rebuild it. Snippets are saved texts and emails you can drop into any conversation with two clicks, and they fill in the person's name automatically. Social Planner schedules posts to your connected social accounts. Brand Board holds your logo and colors so they're one click away in every builder.

Automation. Where Rapid Responder™ and every follow-up sequence live. Each one starts with a trigger, something that happened, and runs a set of actions: send a text, wait two days, send an email, add a tag, move a card. We pre-build these and organize them in folders named for the system that owns them. You can customize them, and you should ask before you delete anything, because they connect to each other.

Sites. Your landing pages and your Card Share™ page. Card Share™ lives in its own folder with a three-part funnel. The Links page is the one most people customize. Click into any text to edit it.

Reputation. This is Review Booster™. Connect your Google Business Profile first. Everything here depends on it. Once it's connected, you can see every review in one place, add a review widget to any website, and get a score and suggestions for your Google Business Profile.

Settings. Most of this is set once during onboarding and left alone. Your email domain and your phone number are configured by us. Your phone number needs A2P registration before it can text, and we walk you through that. Most clients forward the Amplify number to their main line and use it for texting. My Staff is where you add team members and set what they can see. Business Profile should match your legal business details exactly, because the carriers check it.

The mobile app

Download it on iOS or Android. It's listed as LeadConnector. Sign in with the same email and password you use on desktop.

You can do almost everything from your phone: read and reply in the inbox, update contacts, book appointments, move opportunity cards, and get notified the moment a lead comes in. The one thing you'll want a desktop for is building automations.

How onboarding works

All seven systems are live within 30 days. If they aren't, for reasons on our end, your next month is free.

Onboarding runs in three sessions: Start, Sync, and Scale. We do the setup between sessions. You learn each system as it comes online, so you're never staring at an empty account trying to figure out what to click.

What we need from you: your business details, your logo and colors, access to your phone and social accounts, and the information for text message registration. The sooner we have it, the faster the first systems go live. Most clients have something working in week one.

If you miss a session, email support@earnworthy.com and we'll reschedule.

Your first week

Once the first systems are on, do these five things.

  1. Download the mobile app and turn on notifications.
  2. Open Conversations every morning and reply to anything waiting.
  3. Look at Opportunities once a day and move cards to where they actually are.
  4. Save your Card Share™ link somewhere you can grab it from your phone.
  5. Send yourself a test text from the system so you know what your customers see.

That's the habit. Everything else layers on top of it.

Where to get help

Three places, and none of them expire. As long as you're an Amplify client, they're yours.

Help center. help.earnworthy.com. How-to articles for every system, searchable. Start here for anything that begins with "how do I."

System Sessions. Live every Tuesday at 3 PM Eastern. Drop in with anything technical, watch what other clients are doing, ask questions in real time. No registration. The join link is in your welcome email and the help center.

Email. support@earnworthy.com. Replies within 24 hours, usually faster. Put URGENT in the subject line for anything time-sensitive, like texts that stopped sending, and it gets same-day attention. Direct calls are by appointment. Email creates a record so nothing gets missed.

Multiply is included

Your subscription includes the full Multiply membership at no extra charge. That's the learning side of Earnworthy: courses built on the Multiplier Framework, a private community of local business owners, a swipe library of real campaigns and templates, and the Memo archive.

Strategy Sessions run the first Thursday of every month at 12 noon Eastern. One multiplier in depth, then live hot seats. System Sessions are for how the system works. Strategy Sessions are for what to do with it. Every one is recorded, with replays in Multiply. Your welcome email has the access link.

Billing, in one line

Amplify bills as AMPLIFY on your statement. Anything our team builds for you, like a Smart Site, bills as EARNWORTHY. Your $20 monthly usage credit covers texting, email sending, and AI conversations, and most clients stay near it. If you ever see a charge you don't recognize, email support and we'll pull the breakdown.

Add-ons when you're ready

Every one of these is for Amplify subscribers only, and none of them are needed to start.

Smart Site is a website built inside Amplify so forms, bookings, and follow-ups connect to your systems on their own. Meta Ads puts campaigns on Facebook and Instagram in front of a system that's already working. List Reviver is a one-time reactivation campaign to the past customers and old leads already in your list. Directory Sync keeps your name, address, phone, and hours consistent across online directories.

Bring any of them to a System Session or email support, and we'll walk you through it.

If something in this guide doesn't match what you see in your account, tell us. Features roll out over time, and sometimes we need to switch one on for you. Email support@earnworthy.com and we'll take care of it.
