You can't send business texts in the U.S. without registering your brand and your campaign with the carriers. We help you register. We can't guarantee approval, and once you're registered, the content of every message, the consent behind it, and the opt-outs are your responsibility. That's how the carriers set it up, and it's the same for every business.

Get these right the first time. Every resubmission costs a fee and adds days.

Why registrations get rejected

The name on the registration doesn't match the IRS record. The website is down or has no privacy policy. The checkbox is pre-checked or the consent language is missing. Sample messages use merge fields or a link shortener. Reviewers stop at the first problem they find, so fix everything before resubmitting, not just the one they named.

After approval

Start slow. A new number that sends hundreds of texts on day one gets filtered. Ramp up over the first two weeks. Reply to STOP requests immediately, and never text someone who opted out, even by hand.
